submit50

Submitting Work

You will use a tool called submit50 to submit many of your programming problems for your course.

If the problem you are working on supports submit50, it will have a “slug” to use and the spec will include a code box with a “copyable” snippet you can use to submit the problem.

If you are officially submitting a challenge problem (only two permitted per week, remember), you will be required to fill out this form and include the URL to your submisson. In order to obtain that URL, visit submit.cs50.io, click on the link to the submission and copy the address from the address bar.

“Joining” Our Class

**NOTE that Mr. Soistmann will only be able to see your submissions if you’ve granted access. If you haven’t done so already, visit this link, log in with your GitHub account, and click Authorize cs50. Then, check the box indicating that you’d like to grant your teacher access to your submissions, and click Join course.

Viewing Your Submissions and Feedback

You can view all of your submissions at submit.cs50.io. Here you can:

  • View your correctness score, including a linke to more details
  • View an estimate of your style score, including a link with details about how to improve your score
  • A link to view feedback from Mr. Soistmann on your code
